Shipping Policy
Benjamin Blooms will start shipping tubers in the middle of April.
Once the order is placed, there will not be any modifications or additions allowed. If you would like to purchase more tubers, please process a separate order and they will ship separately.
Shipping is $19.95. That covers all of the time and supplies necessary to get your package to you. USPS usually will get your package to you within a week. Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.
Open your box and inspect the tubers. If not planting right away, store your tubers in a cool, dry place and monitor them until you are ready to plant.
After inspecting your tubers, please contact us within 2 weeks if anything needs to be addressed for a refund or replacement tuber. If you receive the wrong variety of tuber, please notify us by Oct 1 with a picture. We will refund the full amount paid per tuber.
